Once you start, you will answer questions grouped into 40 common workplace scenarios divided into 3 sections.
Each scenario includes 3 – 4 statements describing a typical way a person might respond to the workplace situation. You will be asked how likely or unlikely it is that you would respond in that particular way using the ‘Extremely likely’ to ‘Extremely unlikely’ buttons below each statement.
In addition to the statements, for each workplace scenario presented, you will be asked to define how low, medium, or high-stakes it is for you using the slider at the bottom of the page.
Once you have answered all the descriptive statements and the stakes slider for each scenario you will be able to click the blue ‘Answer’ button and advance to the next question
