Full Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the bMaps service (“Service”), operated by bMaps (“we,” “us,” “our”), available at https://mybmaps.com.
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may not share your account access with others.

3. Service Overview

bMaps provides a behavioural assessment tool. Users complete a survey and receive a personalized behavioural report outlining preferences in various situations.
The report is for informational and self-development purposes only.

4. bMaps Teams

Users may be linked together in Teams.
Team owners and managers can access the reports of their team members.
By joining a Team, you consent to the visibility of your report within that Team.

5. Purchases and Payments

Payments for access to the Service are processed securely via Stripe.
Access is provided on a one-year basis per purchase.
Your access will not renew automatically; you may manually renew at the end of your subscription period.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if:

You have purchased access but have not completed the survey; and
You have not yet generated a report.

Once a report has been generated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Use of Reports

Reports are made available to you for personal or internal business use only.
You may view and download your report as a PDF for your own records.
You may not sell, resell, distribute, publish, or reproduce reports or any part of the Service content without our written consent.
All content remains the intellectual property of bMaps.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and reports, is the property of bMaps or its licensors.
