You can take the bMaps assessment on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. You will receive your results immediately.
With your results, you’ll receive an interactive report on your mobile device with graphs and charts. You will be able to view your results across a variety of contexts, including situations related to your leadership, conversations with bosses and supervisors, and situations involving colleagues and teammates. You’ll also be able to look at how you behave when the conversation focuses on conflict and differences, problem-solving, and difficult things that happen at work. You will also have access to coaching advice.
Once you have your results, you might choose an area to focus on, for example in interactions on your team or clients. You can also access our coaching advice within the app for more ideas.
