# Custom Team Permissions 

Whether creating a new bMaps team or editing an existing one you will be presented with several permissions option, this support document outlines what each option means.

### Owner Permissions

- **Receive an email when members complete the individual profile**
  Controls whether the team owner will receive an email when a team member completes the individual profile
- **Receive an email when a team report is generated**
  Controls whether the team owner will receive an email when a new team report is generated

### Team Manager Permissions

- **Can edit team details**
  Controls whether team managers can edit team details e.g. team name
- **Can edit team permissions (excluding owner permissions)**
  Controls whether team managers can edit team permissions. Managers will only be able to edit permission for team members and team managers - not the team owner
- **Can add/remove users**
  Controls whether team managers can add or remove team members
- **Can add/remove managers**
  Controls whether team managers can add or remove team managers
- **Can view members individual reports**
  Controls whether team managers can view reports of individual members
- **Receive an email when members complete the individual profile**
  Controls whether team managers will receive an email when a team member completes the individual profile
- **Receive an email when a team report is generated**
  Controls whether team managers will receive an email when a new team report is generated

### Team Member Permissions

- **Can view team reports**
  Controls whether team members can view team reports
- **Receive an email when a team report is generated**
  Controls whether team members will receive an email when a new team report is generated
